C.R. Hartmann, Ph.D
Psychologist
Dr. Hartmann is the founder and supervisor of Professional Consultation Services, Inc. Over the years, he has single-handedly conducted over 12,000 psychological evaluations in Western Pennsylvania of adults and children for a variety of issues. His background is in mental health counseling, family therapy, and psychological testing. Dr. Hartmann received his bachelor’s degree from St. Bonaventure University and his master’s and doctorate from Kent State University. He lives in Pittsburgh, PA. He likes to spend time with his three children and six grandchildren. When he is not providing psychological services or visiting family, he is playing guitar.
Psychological Associates in this practice:
The psychological associates are supervised by Dr. Hartmann and do not practice independently or hold licensure as psychologists. Dr. Hartmann maintains clinical responsibility for all services and work conducted by the psychological associates. Clients have the right to meet with the supervising psychologist at any time upon request.
Thomas Uhrin, Ph.D.
Psychological associate
Tom treats mental health issues starting at age 5 and continuing throughout the lifespan. His academic training and professional experience encompass inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as university involvement. Holding advanced graduated degrees, Tom is skilled in conducting psychological evaluations and utilizing a range of psychotherapeutic modalities. Collaborating closely with and under the supervision of Dr. Hartmann, Tom addresses various conditions, including mood disorders, personality disorders, addiction, trauma, gender dysphoria, and conduct problems. He employs cognitive behavioral therapy and addiction-focused techniques, such as motivational support, along with client-centered, existential, behavioral, and Gestalt approaches for children and adults facing developmental challenges. Always seeking additional training to enhance the service provided. Tom engages with each client on an individual basis, striving to meet their unique needs. Tom ensures that each client's goals are thoroughly addressed by involving the supervisor in all stages of treatment.
Angie Huey, Ph.D
Outpatient Therapist
Dr. Huey treats mental health issues starting at age 5 years through the lifespan, offering individual, family, and relationship therapy. She works with nearly all emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues, conflict resolution, addiction issues, trauma, and more. She uses a variety of therapeutic models, such as cognitive behavioral, family systems, secular, and Christian counseling. She also uses play and art therapy with children.
Dr. Huey’s treatment style is to work with the patient to establish their treatment goals, using a non-judgmental approach. They create achievable goals together, develop effective coping skills, and ultimately reduce symptoms. Dr. Huey will tailor your treatment to your specific needs. Her goal is to help you leave your difficulties behind and live life as fully as possible.

Kyoko T. Henson, LCSW
Psychological associate / Clinical outpatient therapist
Kyoko earned her master's degree in social work from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. Kyoko also studied MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) from the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and is a qualified teacher for the MBSR program. She is also trained in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing ), which is an evidence-based psychotherapy designed to treat PTSD and trauma-related issues. She has a long history of working with children and youth through IBHS wraparound services and outpatient services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and intellectual disabilities in the past. She also worked in the public school system, assisting children and youth in the school setting.
Native of Japan, she is trilingual in Japanese, English, and Spanish.
She is also a certified Yoga teacher, approaching mental health and addiction from a holistic view
Bria Rakison, MA, LBS, LPC

Bria Rakison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kent State University and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from IONA University. In her role at Professional Consultation Services Inc., Bria works as a Psychological Associate and Outpatient Therapist. As a Psychological Associate, Bria conducts evaluations for IBHS, conducts general mental health evaluations, and tests children ages 2 - 18 years of age for Autism Spectrum Disorder. As an Outpatient Therapist, Bria provides specialized treatment for Selective Mutism. Bria tailors her treatment to the needs of the individual child and family, providing services via telehealth and outpatient office, as well as in the client’s home, school, and community. Treatment for Selective Mutism outside of the office includes specialized school interventions, teacher training and school consultations, individual exposure therapy, and parent training.
